Swiss Medtech Webinar

Nairobi Protocol

Swiss Medtech, together with Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE), is pleased to invite you to a webinar on the Nairobi Protocol and its potential as an instrument to mitigate the impact of the new 39% U.S. tariffs on Swiss Medtech products.

Join us for expert insights on how the protocol works in practice, what regulatory and procedural requirements apply, and which pitfalls companies should be aware of.

Target group

Medtech companies facing U.S. import tariffs seeking concrete guidance and realistic assessments on how to benefit from the Nairobi Protocol. The event will be offered in English on 3 September.

The webinar is free of charge for members of Swiss Medtech, BVMed, and AUSTROMED. All others are invited to register for a fee of CHF 60. Please submit your most urgent questions in advance using the registration form.

Prepare for the webinar

While production relocation and supply chain adjustments offer only medium-term relief, the Nairobi Protocol provides an immediate legal relief. Learn in this article whether your products qualify for this duty exemption and how to proceed strategically.
