Swiss Medtech Romandie founded

With the founding of Swiss Medtech Romandie, the association is strengthening its presence in western Switzerland. On 24 September, the industry gathered in Lausanne for the launch. The office will be run by the Vaud Chamber of Commerce (CVCI), headed by its deputy director, Andreas Banholzer. In future, an advisory board comprising prominent figures from the local medical technology industry will support the new entity. Nicolas Durand has been appointed chairman of the advisory board. Katrin Siebenbürger-Hacki, a member of the Swiss Medtech board, will act as a liaison to Swiss Medtech Romandie.
